Cinven’s David Barker appointed as a PEF Trustee
David Barker joined the PEF Board of Trustees in May 2008.
David is a partner at Cinven as well as a trustee of Cinven’s charitable Foundation. He joined Cinven in 1996 and has since been involved in numerous transactions, including the buyouts of Eutelsat, Springer, Aprovia, MediMedia and Ziggo.
As part of his induction to PEF, David will be acting as a ‘Deal Captain’ for one of the UK charity investments during 2008, and has already been getting to know the current charity portfolio.
