Here’s a sample:
- What will the Eurozone base rate be at the close of the year?
- Who will win the US Open Golf Championship?
- What will the size of the largest reported buy-out in Europe during 2010 be?
- Which country will win Eurovision in 2010?
All proceeds will go to PEF so please log on to www.justgiving.com/perecruit to take part. All donations can be made anonymously.
Entries will close on 28th May 2010. The winner will be announced on 31st January 2011 and they will receive a £100 voucher for lunch at a restaurant of their choice.
An interim winner will also be announced on 15th August 2010 and will receive a bottle of champagne.
Shaks Ghosh, Chief Executive of the Private Equity Foundation, said: "Whatever else 2010 brings, unfortunately life is likely to remain a challenge for the 15% of 16 to 24 year olds currently out of work, education or training in England alone. Getting a foot on the ladder can be tough with a first class education and secure family background but imagine how difficult it becomes if you lack basic skills, constant job refusals have knocked any confidence and your home life is chaotic.
“However, I foresee a glimmer of hope - some of the most disadvantaged young people in the UK and Europe will be the real winners from the 2010 Crystal Ball Charity Quiz. On their behalf I would like to sincerely thank both Private Equity Recruitment and all those who take part. Each donation will help the Private Equity Foundation to turn around more young lives."
Gail McManus, Managing Director of Private Equity Recruitment said: "We’re pleased to continue to support the Private Equity Foundation. Our aim is for people to enjoy predicting the outcome of some of the year’s leading economic and private equity indicators whilst supporting a worthy cause."
