PEF’s latest piece of funded research, A stitch in time: tackling educational disengagement , compiled by leading think tank Demos, was featured in The Times on Saturday, 16th May. The report highlights how the very visible problem of disengagement post-16 is only the tip of the iceberg. It argues that to tackle the issue, we need to look at why some groups of children seem to switch off from their education at an earlier stage. The full report can be found here:
