Shaks Ghosh at Select Committee

At the end of January, Shaks Ghosh, Chief Executive of the Private Equity Foundation, gave evidence to the House of Commons’ Children, Schools and Families Select Committee as part of its current enquiry into young people not in education, employment or training (NEET). Shaks appeared alongside other charitable organisations and think tanks.

Shaks Ghosh commented “This was a hugely constructive discussion with the Select Committee, sharing our first hand experience of what works as well as our research based evidence. After nearly two hours of questioning the committee was keen to continue the conversation even after the TV cameras were switched off and the session was formally over. We look forward to reporting back to you on the committee’s findings.”
